BREMENS | AVOCATS had the pleasure of supporting investors LIFTT SpA, Crédit Agricole LHL Capital Innovation and UI Investissement – Metropoles Innovations in their acquisition of a stake in PrediSurge, a French company developing a precision medicine platform to help physicians better plan their endovascular procedures.
PrediSurge raised €4.000.000 in its Series A fundraising round.
