BREMENS | AVOCATS was present alongside the AFJE (French Association of Corporate Lawyers) Rhône-Alpes on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to lead a hybrid workshop (in-person and remote) on the theme: "2025 News in Company Law and Other Aspects of Business Law".
Members of the Rhône-Alpes delegation of the AFJE were numerous in participation: more than 100 registered and 70 connected, a very good performance in terms of attraction and interest in the subject presented and led by Maître Jean-Pierre VIENNOIS and Me Charlotte VERNAY (corporate law), Me Thibault PILA (tax law) all three partners of the firm BREMENS, as well as Mme Roseny APATOUT, member of the Bureau of the Rhône-Alpes delegation.
Attorneys VIENNOIS, VERNAY, and PILA reviewed the legislative, regulatory, and case law developments of 2025 that have likely already affected the daily practice of in-house counsel or will undoubtedly do so in the near future. This workshop provided an opportunity to take stock of the year's major legal developments: a profound reform of the rules governing nullity in company law and other reforms, an analysis of the CSRD (Contribution to the Social and Mediation of Corporate Law) component, a focus on the key measures of the Attractiveness Law beyond the strict corporate sphere, and recent tax developments.
See you in December for a presentation of the 2026 news!
