For 25 years, Séverine Aubert has been supporting business leaders by making labor law a strategic lever in their HR policies. Having progressed from employee to sole proprietor, and then to company, she has gained experience in both labor court litigation and advising businesses of all sizes, as well as the non-profit sector. In recent years, she has led nearly twenty webinars on topics related to improving working conditions, as well as numerous in-person training sessions. More than 90 executives have benefited from her expertise in defining their human resources policies (work-time arrangements, compensation policies) and in developing social dialogue within their companies.
