Valentine HOLLIER-ROUX has been the partner in charge of the “Employment Law” division of BREMENS AVOCATS since the firm was founded in 2019. For over 20 years, she has been advising her employer clients on employment law, mainly on collective, strategic and complex issues (employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations, social audits, implementation of workforce reduction decisions, negotiations and management of employee representatives and their experts, trade union organisations, etc.). She also intervenes on individual issues usually encountered by companies in their daily management of employment matters. Valentine is acutely aware of the importance of evidence and is tenacious when it comes to managing pre-litigation situations and disputes. She and her team have also been trained in interest-based negotiation (Harvard Method), and use this pragmatic approach to find amicable solutions where appropriate. Her clients include companies of all sizes (start-ups, SMEs, ETIs) and subsidiaries of global groups.
