- Fundraising (45 million EUROS) by public tender for a healthcare investor (VIDI CAPITAL) (2022)
- Consultancy for a pool of investment funds in their acquisition of a stake in the company PREDISURGE (2023)
- Consultancy for a pool of investment funds in their acquisition of a stake in the company STEERLIGHT (2024)
- Consultancy to several groups operating in the Health sector in relation to their LBO transactions (entry of investment funds) for business values of between €30 million and €80 million based on the transaction (2023 and 2024)
